How To Pay for SET DEPARTURE ?

  • Step 1: 10% of the total tour cost to be deposited upon commitment of the tour. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Step 2: 30% of the total tour cost to be paid 46 days prior to arrival date.
  • Step 3: 60% of the total tour is required 45 days prior departure or within 24 hours of confirmation if traveling within 45 days from departure.
  • If your booking is less than 45 days, we will add a separate payment method in proposal.

    How to Book ?

    Pick your best tour at https://vietnambybike.com, you then make an online booking. Unless seeing any tour, you please email to info@vietnambybike.com with your Name, Start Date, Tour Meet, Tour End, Number Of Group, Join or Private Group, Tall Size, Food Restriction, etc.. We will reply to you with 12 hours with the detailed tour or full proposal.

    Get Refund ?

    Case 1: You had deposited 10% of total tour cost, but you want to cancel it before departure 30 days. You will be refunded 100% (You maybe charge by bank fee !).
    Case 2: You had paid 70% of total tour cost, but you want to cancel it before departure 15 days. You will be refunded 60% of total tour cost (You maybe charge by bank fee !).
    Case 3: You had paid 100% of total tour cost, but you want to cancel it before departure 7 days. You will refunded 30% of total tour cost (You maybe charge by bank fee !).
    Case 4: You had paid 100% of total tour cost, but you want to cancel it less than 7 days, you will have "NO REFUND".
